Vinyasa Flow: All Levels (60 min)
A moving meditation rooted in the Five Pillars Yoga signature flow. Experience purposeful intention setting, a creative warmup, core activation, dynamic posture flow and deep stretches.

Flow & Restore (45 min)
This 45 minute yoga practice is an ideal mid-day reset open to all levels of practice. Increase flexibility, joint mobility, and core strength while calming the mind and restoring your energy. Open to beginners and advanced.
