A somatic movement practice combining gentle asana, subtle muscle activation, and stretches for a deeply-meditative experience. Especially well suited for those who think “I can’t do yoga” or coming back to yoga.

A moving meditation rooted in the Five Pillars Yoga signature flow. Experience purposeful intention setting, a creative warmup, core activation, dynamic posture flow and deep stretches.

This 45 minute yoga practice is an ideal mid-day reset open to all levels of practice. Increase flexibility, joint mobility, and core strength while calming the mind and restoring your energy. Open to beginners and advanced.
